Schedule of Condition
A Schedule of Condition Report is a detailed document that records the current state and condition of a property at a specific point in time, typically prior to leasing, providing a comprehensive account of the property’s physical state, noting any existing defects, wear, or damage.
My report covers internal elements of the property, including walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and external grounds. Each section is thoroughly documented to ensure an accurate baseline is established.
The report can be a standalone document or appended to legal agreements, and ensures accuracy and impartiality when attached to an AST.
